Internusa Development was established in 2004 as the pioneer of property investment company in Sumatera, Indonesia. Over the decades, the Company has proven its dedication and participation in developing the best properties in the country, particularly in North Sumatera, Aceh, and West Java in accordance with the increasing green awareness and quality standards. Today, the Company’s core businesses are real estate, integrated industrial and port estate development.
Internusa Development started its journey from a hectare land development project which was realized by the founders. In running its business, the Company prioritizes not only commercial values in terms of business investment but also social and cultural values. One of the Company’s prominent projects is “Sumalacca Integrated Industrial Port Estate (SIIPE)” in North Sumatera, which embodies the aforementioned values.
The development of Internusa Development iconic projects began in 2008 through the best works such as KIM Belawan, standing in over 836 hectares area, with warehouse facilities inside the business and industry area.
This success has led Internusa Development to expand its wings by preparing the Sumalacca Integrated Industrial Port Estate (SiiPE) project in 2018 which has a project value of IDR …. trillion (836 Ha) in Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera and also preparing Zain Property project in 2020 with a project value of IDR… billion located in Bireun, Aceh which will stand on an area of 10 Ha consisting of more than hundred houses and shophouse units.
